Yes, each order will receive tracking information and an estimated delivery date.

You can make a claim with the United States Postal Service and I will work with you to provide all the information needed to ensure a proper refund from the Postal Service. Once the order leaves my shop, I have no control over its journey to you.

It is the buyers responsibility to communicate with me regarding any changes to their order.

Sadly, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Custom Hat Questions

How long does a custom hat take to make?

Each hat is individually blocked, shaved, and finished by hand in our in shop. With each custom order, materials (such as the hat base, ribbon, leather, or any other custom component) must be ordered to meet special requests if it is not readily available in the shop. On average, there are between 25 to 35 pending and in progress daily. Due to the handmade nature of our products, custom orders should expect an estimated average of 20 weeks turnaround time from order to completion/shipping.

Simply take a tape measure and measure the desired point where the hat will sit. It cannot be too loose to fall, or too tight that it may be painful. If you do not own a tape measure, consider using a string. Then measure its length with a ruler. If you still are in need of help, go to a department store or hat shop for a professional to help find your size.
